The present invention relates to a system and method for designing and producing an anatomically matched patient alignment block ( 100, 1000 ) for aligning with reference to arthroplasty surgery . More specifically, the present invention anatomical suitability for use in arthroplasty is improved , patient alignment block , new of designing and manufacturing these blocks based on the patient anatomy about the system .
