The invention relates to an apparatus (1) for transporting and operating treatments on drug containers (10) comprising :- an enclosed chamber (11) comprising a storage area (17) and a working area (16) receiving one selected drug container (10a),- a handling system (20) for moving said selected drug container (10a) from the storage area (17) to the working area (16) and vice versa,- said working area (16) comprising a first aperture (14) for access to said selected drug container (10a) from the outside by a pull-out system (40) capable of removing the selected drug container (10a) from the enclosed chamber (11), and a second aperture (15) for access to the septum (4) of said selected drug container (10a) by a needle (9a) of a drug administering device (9), anda cold storage accumulator (13) for maintaining the temperature of said enclosed chamber (11) at a predetermined temperature range.
