PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rinse-off type hair cosmetic composition using tea leaf components having deodorant effect, wherein the deodorant effect of tea leaves is kept after rinsing off.
SOLUTION: A hair cosmetic composition keeping deodorant effects of tea leaf components after rinsing off is obtained by containing (a) tea leaf components, (b) acid components and (c) silicone components at the same tine. As the (b) acid components, at least one selected from organic acids and salts thereof is used, and, as the (c) silicone components, at least one of specific silicones is used.
