The present invention relates to antigen recognition constructs for tumor associated antigens (TAA), in particular preferentially expressed antigens of melanoma (PRAME). The present invention particularly provides novel T cell receptor (TCR) based molecules that are selective and specific for tumor expressed antigens. TCRs of the invention and TAA binding fragments derived therefrom are useful for the diagnosis, treatment and prevention of TAA expressing cancer diseases.
