The present invention relates to a radiation therapy plan recommending method and system. More specifically, the radiation therapy plan recommending method comprises the steps of: receiving, by an RT input unit, a plurality of therapy data (radiation therapy) representing a radiation therapy plan about a living body； acquiring, by a DVH acquiring unit, a dose-volume histogram (DVH) representing a volume state of radiation dose in the living body from the therapy data, at the time of irradiating radiation according to the therapy data； analyzing, by an indicator analyzing unit, at least one dose-volume indicator from the dose-volume histogram； and recommending, by a therapy plan recommending unit, optimized therapy data on the basis of the analysis result of the dose-volume indicator about the plurality of therapy data. With such a configuration, according to the radiation therapy plan recommending method and system, the dose volume indicator is analyzed from the plurality of therapy data representing the radiation therapy plan about a diseased part, and a weight is assigned to each dose-volume indicator according to its importance as preset by a user (intention), thereby recommending the optimized therapy data among the plurality of therapy data.본 발명은 방사선 치료 계획 추천 방법 및 시스템에 관한 것으로, 보다 구체적으로는 RT 입력부가 생체에 대한 방사선 치료 계획을 나타내는 복수 개의 치료 데이터(Radiation Therapy)를 입력받는 단계； DVH 획득부가 상기 치료 데이터에 따라 방사선 조사 시, 상기 생체 내 방사선량의 체적상태를 나타내는 선량 체적 분포도(DVH, Dose Volume Histogram)를 상기 치료 데이터로부터 획득하는 단계； 지표 분석부가 상기 선량 체적 분포도로부터 적어도 하나의 선량 체적 지표를 분석하는 단계； 및 치료계획 추천부가 상기 복수 개의 치료 데이터에 대한 선량 체적 지표의 분석결과에 기초하여 최적의 치료 데이터를 추천하는 단계；를 포함한다. 이러한 구성에 의해, 본 발명의 방사선 치료 계획 추천 방법 및 시스템은 환부에 대한 방사선 치료 계획을 나타내는 복수 개의 치료 데이터로부터 선량 체적 지표를 분석하여 각각의 선량 체적 지표에 사용자(의사)에 의해 기설정된 중요도에 따라 가중치를 할당하여 복수 개의 치료 데이터 중 최적의 치료 데이터를 추천할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
