PURPOSE: A hydrophobic fluorescent particle and a photosensitizer-carrying polymersome complex are provided to allow a polymersome to surround hydrophobic fluorescent particle for reducing the toxicity of the hydrophobic fluorescent particle. CONSTITUTION: A hydrophobic fluorescent particle and a photosensitizer-carrying polymersome complex comprises a hydrophobic fluorescent particle (a), polymersome which is combined of cation polymer as a hydrophobic polymer and comprises hydrophybic polymer for encapsulating the hydrophobic fluorescent particle (b) and a recombinant expression vector which comprises a nucleotide coding photosensitizer mixed with the cation polymer (c). The protein photosensitizer generates active oxygen activated by the light of the hydrophobic fluorescent particle.본 발명은 소수성 형광입자 및 광감작제-운반 폴리머좀 복합체 및 상기 폴리머좀 복합체를 포함하는 광역동 치료를 통한 암 치료용 약제학적 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 폴리머좀 복합체에 빛을 조사하는 경우 조사된 빛을 소수성 형광입자가 흡수한 후 특정 파장의 빛을 발산하고, 발산된 빛에 의하여 세포 내에서 발현된 단백질 광감작제가 활성화된다. 단백질 광감작제의 활성화에 의하여 활성산소가 생성되고, 결국 폴리머좀 복합체가 이입된 세포만을 선택적으로 사멸시킬 수 있다.
