The present invention relates to a feed additive composition, a pharmaceutical composition, an anti-parasitic composition for preventing or treating a parasitic infectious disease in fish comprising a Reynoutria japonica extract as an active ingredient, a feed comprising the feed additive composition, and a method for raising fish using the feed and a method for preventing or treating a parasitic infectious disease using the composition. The composition comprising the Reynoutria japonica extract of the present invention has an effect of reducing mortality rate of fish by killing parasites in fish, so that the composition can be widely used for increasing stability of fisheries due to enhancement of fish survival rate and enhancement of fisheries productivity regarding the parasite infection.본 발명은 호장근 추출물을 유효성분으로 포함하는 어류의 기생충 감염 질환의 예방 또는 치료용 사료 첨가제 조성물, 약학 조성물, 항기생충 조성물, 상기 사료 첨가제 조성물을 포함하는 사료, 상기 사료를 이용한 어류의 사육방법 및 상기 조성물을 이용한 기생충 감염 질환의 예방 또는 치료 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 호장근 추출물을 포함하는 조성물은 어류에 감염된 기생충을 사멸하여 어류의 폐사율을 감소시키는 효과를 나타내므로, 기생충의 감염에 대한 어류의 생존율 향상 및 어업 생산성 향상으로 인한 어업 안정성 증대에 널리 활용될 수 있다.
