PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an animal toilet allowing a user to easily take out the excrement discharged onto cat litter within a toilet container body by a simple structure.SOLUTION: The animal toilet includes: the toilet container body 4 whose top is open； a lid 6 having an opening 10 for excretion； the cat litter 8 stored within the toilet container body 4； and a net-like basket 12. The lid 6 is attached to cover the top opening of the toilet container body 4, and the basket 12 is disposed in such a way that the bottom of the basket is buried in the cat litter 8 within the toilet container body 4 below the opening 10 for excretion of the lid 6. A basket body 14 of the basket 12 includes a bottom wall 18 and a net-like sidewall extending upward from the outer periphery of the bottom wall 18. At least part of the bottom wall 18 of the basket body 14 can be opened/closed.【課題】 簡単な構成でもってトイレ容器本体内の猫砂に排泄した排泄物を容易に取り出すことができる動物用トイレを提供すること。【解決手段】 上面が開放されたトイレ容器本体４と、排泄用開口１０を有する蓋体６と、トイレ容器本体４内に収容される猫砂８と、網状のかご体１２と、を備えた動物用トイレ。蓋体６は、トイレ容器本体４の上面開口を覆うよう装着され、かご体１２は、蓋体６の排泄用開口１０の下方にてトイレ容器本体４内の猫砂８にその底部が埋まるように配設される。かご体１２のかご本体部１４は、底壁１８と、底壁１８の外周部から上方に延びる網状の側壁とを有する。このかご本体部１４の底壁１８の少なくとも一部を開閉自在に構成することができる。【選択図】 図３
