PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pharmaceutical composition useful as a therapeutic agent for irritable bowel syndrome (IBS).SOLUTION: As a result of intensive studies of a therapeutic agent for IBS, the inventors confirmed that N-(1H-tetrazol-5-yl)-1-phenoxy-4H-quinolizin-4-one-3-carboxiamide shows a favorable activity, and thus completed this invention.
