PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disposable clothing article with a tape fastener being stably attached and having no possibility of uselessly stimulating the body of a wearer.SOLUTION: A tape fastener 12 includes a stationary part 52 fixed to a skin non-facing surface of one waist area 17, and a free part 53 having a fixing area 57. The one waist area 17 includes an inelastic waist outer layer 28 located in the skin non-facing surface side, and an elastic waist inner layer 26 located at a skin-facing surface side. A liquid-absorbing structure 15 is interposed between the waist outer layer 28 and the waist inner layer 26.
