PURPOSE: A composition containing a vector with NS3 gene derived from rice stripe virus for enhancing the expression of a foreign gene and a method for enhancing the expression in a plant is provided to enhance expression level of proteins and stability. CONSTITUTION: A composition for enhancing the expression of a foreign gene has a vector containing a gene with a nucleic acid sequence of sequence number 1. The gene of sequence number 1 is NS3 gene derived from rice stripe virus. A method for enhancing the expression of the foreign gene in a plant comprises a step of transducing the gene with a nucleic acid sequence of sequence number 1 with the foreign gene in the plant. The foreign gene is a target gene to be transduced in the plant.
