The autoinjector has a lower body (10) receiving a pre-filled syringe, where a central body (1) is fixed to the lower body. A sleeve actuator (11) is movable between a projected position in which the actuator partially projects out of the lower body, and an actuation position in which the actuator is axially moved towards the interior of the lower body. The actuator includes a flexible tab (110) intended to be deformed radially and laterally with respect to the central body when the actuator is moved from the projected position towards the actuation position, and vice-versa.Autoinjecteur comportant un corps inférieur (10) recevant un réservoir, ledit réservoir contenant du produit fluide et comportant un piston et une aiguille, tel qu'une seringue pré-remplie (A), un corps central (1) fixé audit corps inférieur (10) et un manchon actionneur (11) comportant une extrémité de contact destinée à venir en contact avec le corps de l'utilisateur, ledit manchon actionneur (11) étant déplaçable dans ledit corps inférieur (10) entre une position projetée, dans laquelle ledit manchon actionneur (11) fait au moins partiellement saillie hors dudit corps inférieur (10) et une position d'actionnement, dans laquelle ledit manchon actionneur (11) est axialement déplacé vers l'intérieur dudit corps inférieur (10), ledit manchon actionneur (11) comportant une patte flexible (110) adaptée à se déformer d'une part radialement et d'autre part latéralement par rapport audit corps central (1) lorsque ledit manchon actionneur est déplacé de sa position projetée vers sa position d'actionnement puis de sa position d'actionnement en retour vers sa position projetée.
