PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for stably maintaining a viscosity of a composition that is applied to a viscous membrane and contains a cellulose-based thickening agent, and a stably maintained composition.
SOLUTION: Incorporation of a specific vegetable oil suppresses reduction of a viscosity of a composition composed of a cellulose-based thickening agent and a nonionic surfactant to maintain the viscosity stably over a long period of time.
