A fingerprint recognition sensor package according to a technical idea of the present invention includes a flexible printed circuit board including a central part and a peripheral part around the central part, a fingerprint recognition sensor mounted on the central part of the flexible printed circuit board, a passive element, a memory element and a controller mounted on the peripheral part of the flexible printed circuit board, a bonding wire for electrically connecting the fingerprint recognition sensor to the flexible printed circuit board, a film over die for covering the fingerprint recognition sensor, the passive element, the memory element, the controller and the bonding wire, a protection layer formed on the upper side of the film over die, and a support member which is in contact with the upper side of the flexible printed circuit board and each lateral side of the film over die and supports the lateral side of the film over die. Accordingly, the present invention can minimize an electrical loss inside the package.본 발명의 기술적 사상에 의한 지문인식센서 패키지는 중심부 및 중심부 주변의 주변부를 구비하는 연성회로기판, 연성회로기판의 중심부에 탑재되는 지문인식센서, 연성회로기판의 주변부에 탑재되는 수동 소자, 메모리 소자 및 컨트롤러, 지문인식센서 및 연성회로기판을 전기적으로 연결하는 본딩 와이어, 지문인식센서, 수동 소자, 메모리 소자, 컨트롤러 및 본딩 와이어를 덮는 필름 오버 다이, 필름 오버 다이의 상면에 형성되는 보호층, 및 필름 오버 다이의 각각의 측면 및 연성회로기판의 상면과 맞닿아 필름 오버 다이의 측면을 지지하는 지지 부재를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
