PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a producing method and a device therefor by which an outer skin material is surely and easily sealed when producing wrapped food having an inner material wrapped in a flat outer skin material.SOLUTION: The flat outer skin material 25 is placed on a placing member 21 with an opening 21H in a manner of covering the opening 21H. A shutter opening 27 surrounded by a plurality of openable/closeable shutter pieces 23 is narrowed to assist sinking of the outer skin material into the opening 21H by its own weight. An inner material discharging nozzle 9 for feeding the inner material 29 is relatively moved down and the flat outer skin material 25 is held between a lower outer skin material pressing surface 31T and the circumferential edge of the opening 21H. A raised circumferential edge 25E of the flat outer skin material 25 on the placing member 21 is raised along the circumferential surface of the inner material discharging nozzle 9 and the pressing surface 23F of each of the shutter pieces 23. The inner material 29 is fed into the flat outer skin material 25 to allow the flat outer skin material 25 to bulge. After the inner material discharging nozzle 9 is relatively moved up, the raised circumferential edge 25E of the flat outer skin material 25 is aggregated to the center by the shutter pieces 23 and is sealed.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】偏平状の外皮材で内材を包み込んだ形態の包被食品を製造するとき、外皮材の封着を確実容易に行うことのできる製造方法及び装置を提供する。【解決手段】開口部21Hを備えた載置部材21上に、開口部21Hを覆うように偏平状の外皮材25を載置する。開閉可能な複数のシャッタ片23によって囲繞されたシャッタ開口部27を閉動作して開口部21H内への外皮材の自重による没入を助長する。内材29を供給するための内材吐出ノズル9を相対的に降下して、下部の外皮材押圧面31Tと前記開口部21Hの周縁とによって外皮材25を挟み込む。載置部材21上の外皮材25の周縁部25Eを、内材吐出ノズル9の周面及び各シャッタ片23の押圧面23Fに沿って盛上げる。外皮材25内に内材29を供給して外皮材25を次第に膨張する。内材吐出ノズル9を相対的に上昇した後に、外皮材25の盛上げられた周縁部25Eを、シャッタ片23によって中央部へ寄せ集めて封着する。【選択図】図6
