PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multipurpose elder-to-elder care implement allowing help by a single person by placing related care implements in one frame when caring a bedridden care receiver.SOLUTION: This multipurpose elder-to-elder care implement includes a hoist 5 so as to easily lift and move the care receiver, and uses a suspension frame 6 and suspension belts 40 in the hoist 5. The multipurpose elder-to-elder care implement includes an excretion washing suction treatment machine 8 or the like for excretion treatment. The multipurpose elder-to-elder care implement includes a right-and-left side body alternate vertical movement device or the like for bedsore prevention, and imparts rolling movement to the care receiver to prevent a bedsore. When giving the bedridden care receiver a bath, a belt passing-through implement wherein semicylinders are arranged side by side is placed below the care receiver so as to create gaps below the bedridden care receiver to easily pass the suspension belts 40, the suspension belts are passed through the gaps between the semicylinders, are hung on the suspension frame 6, and are lifted by the hoist 5, and the care receiver is moved to a bathtub 10 and is lowered to be bathed.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】寝たきりの介護者を介護する時、関連する介護用具を一つの枠内に設置し、単独で介助できるようにした多目的老老介護用具を提供する。【解決手段】介護者を容易に吊り上げ移動させるためホイスト5を設け、それに吊り枠6、吊りベルト40を使用する。排泄処理は排泄洗浄吸引処理機8等を設ける。床ずれ防止には、左右半身交互上下動装置等を設け、介護者にローリング運動を与え、予防する。寝たきりの介護者を入浴させる時は、寝ている介護者の下に隙間を作り吊りベルト40を容易に通すため、かまぼこを並べ設けたベルト通し具を介護者の下に置き、そのかまぼこ間の隙間に吊りベルトを通し、かつ吊り枠6にかけてホイスト5で吊り上げ、浴槽10に移動して降ろし入浴させることを特徴とする。【選択図】図1
