This invention refers to the sector of drugs intended for both human and animal use, and it particularly concerns a natural medicinal compound that contains a tannin-based vegetal active ingredient combined with carriers and with a synergic effect, wherein the vegetal active ingredient is natural chestnut extract (Castanea sativa), with tannin as the highest constituent substance, and the natural chestnut extract is contained in the compound in a weight rate between 5% and 80%.La présente invention appartient au domaine des médicaments de médecine humaine et de médecine vétérinaire. L'invention concerne plus particulièrement un composé médicinal naturel qui est doté d'un effet synergique et qui contient un principe actif végétal à base de tanin associé à des vecteurs. Le principe actif végétal est un extrait naturel de châtaigne (Castanea sativa) dont la substance constitutive la plus importante est le tanin, cet extrait naturel de châtaigne étant présent dans le composé à raison de 5% à 80% du poids de composé.
