PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: delivery vehicles such as drug pre-filled syringes and drug pre-filled infusion modules； proteins such as antibodies useful in therapy； methods of producing immobilized proteins； and methods of using the immobilized proteins, e.g., therapeutic proteins.SOLUTION: Provided are systems comprising delivery vehicles for stable storage of immobilized proteins, e.g., therapeutic proteins, in a form amenable to administration, such as by injection or infusion, in combination with an elution fluid. Also provided are proteins adsorbed to chromatography media in a form compatible with a one-step administration of the protein.【課題】 注射または点滴などによる投与に適した形態で固定化タンパク質、例えば、治療用タンパク質を、溶出液と組み合わせて、安定貯蔵するための送達手段を含むシステムを提供する。また、タンパク質の一段階投与に適した形態でクロマトグラフィー媒体に吸着されるタンパク質も提供する。【解決手段】 送達手段として、薬剤充填済注射器や薬剤充填済点滴モジュールなどがあり、また、タンパク質として、治療に有用な抗体などがある。また、固定化タンパク質の製造方法と、固定化タンパク質、例えば、治療用タンパク質の使用方法も提供される。【選択図】 図１５
