PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat device manufactured at a low cost and capable of changing a front part of a seating face into a state higher or lower than a rear part, and a chair with the seat device.SOLUTION: The chair comprises a wheelchair body 101, and a seat device 1 demountably mounted on the wheelchair body 101. The seat device 1 has a seat section 3. The rear side of the seat section 3 can be rotationally turned with respect to the wheelchair body 101.
