PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely prevent pumps from becoming incapable of sending fluid due to air bubbles generated from cleaning fluid.SOLUTION: When washing a dialysate circuit 4 after dialysis, a dialysate inside the dialysate circuit 4 is replaced with cleaning fluid first and then both on-off valves V101 and V102 are closed. Then, by opening an on-off valve V12, circulating the cleaning fluid by the pumps P1 and P4, and performing heating by a heater H1, the inside of the dialysate circuit 4 is washed. A deaeration tank 31 is provided on a downstream side of the pump P1, and air bubbles generated from the cleaning fluid which is turned to hot water are deaerated in the deaeration tank 31 and then discharged through a deaeration path 32 to a gas storage tank 48. The pumps P1 and P4 can be surely prevented from becoming inoperable due to air bubbles generated from the cleaning fluid.COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT【解決手段】 透析後に透析液回路4を洗浄する際には、先ず該透析液回路4内の透析液を洗浄液に置換させてから両方の開閉弁V101、V102を閉鎖させる。次に、開閉弁V12を開放させるとともにポンプP1、P4によって洗浄液を循環させるとともにヒーターH1で加熱することで、透析液回路4内が洗浄される。ポンプP1の下流側には脱気槽31が設けられており、熱水となっている洗浄液から生じる気泡は脱気槽31で脱気されてから脱気通路32を経由して気体貯溜タンク48へ排出される。【効果】 洗浄液から生じる気泡によってポンプP1,P4が作動不能になるのを確実に防止できる。【選択図】 図1
