A second keeping warm side(120) is dually formed with the external side, and forms an interior side when being installed in a crop cultivation tunnel or a cultivation house. A first bonding side(140) is stuck to the first keeping warm side and the second keeping warm side in a longitudinal direction. An air insulating layer(160) is formed between the first and second keeping warm sides through the first bonding side. Multiple through-holes(130) are formed in the second keeping warm side all over the surface with a fixed interval.
