PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a secondary battery structure, and to provide a light-emitting buoy obtained by forming the on-off function of a circuit by utilizing the battery structure.SOLUTION: The secondary battery structure includes a cover, and electrode terminals of positive and negative poles for receiving or releasing a direct current source, formed in the cover. The two electrode terminals have compression elastic recovery, and are positioned on the same end face for the electrodes of the cover. One of the electrode terminals is positioned at the center part of the end face for the electrodes, and the other is positioned at the vicinity of the edge of the end face for the electrodes. The battery structure not only achieves the purpose of the environmental protection in duplicated uses, but also achieves good electrical connection effects by increasing the contact pressure of the electrode terminal because the electrode terminal has the compression elastic recovery. The circuit function for turning on or off a light-emitting buoy circuit when the secondary battery is rotated is provided by the set positions of the electrode terminals of the secondary battery.
