The present invention provides an apparatus for preparing Japanese cypress water containing Japanese cypress essential oil, the apparatus comprising: a heating container filled with Japanese cypress essential oil a steam suction means for suctioning Japanese cypress oil steam evaporated from the heating container an air blower connected to the steam suction means and a storage container in which the Japanese cypress oil steam suctioned through the air blower is introduced through a Japanese cypress steam supply tube into the storage container filled with Japanese cypress water. The Japanese cypress steam supply tube is branched into three tubes of Japanese cypress oil steam, and one of which is connected to an under-water discharge tube for ejecting the Japanese cypress oil steam into water to thereby mix the oil steam with water the other of which is connected to an above-water discharge tube for mixing the oil steam with water on the surface of Japanese cypress water and the last of which is connected to a Japanese cypress oil discharge tube to enable the oil steam cooled into the state of oil by a cooler to be mixed with Japanese cypress water. In the present invention, an emulsifier, which is a chemical component, is not used when mixing Japanese cypress essential oil with Japanese cypress water the Japanese cypress essential oil is introduced in the storage container in the liquid and steam phases, while the Japanese cypress oil steam is dissolved in the Japanese cypress water, that is, the Japanese cypress water and the Japanese cypress essential oil are formed into a polymerized state by mixing the Japanese cypress oil steam with the Japanese cypress water in various phases such as under water, on the surface of the Japanese cypress water and by cooling into the state of oil. Through the above processes, the present invention can provide 100% natural Japanese cypress water which can be beneficially used in the production of various products with various biolo
