PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To acquire an optoacoustic signal at a deep position in a living body.SOLUTION: The optoacoustic device includes: an acoustic lens collecting ultrasonic waves an ultrasonic wave detector detecting the ultrasonic waves collected by the acoustic lens and a driving device which moves at least the ultrasonic detector or the acoustic lens. The optoacoustic device allows the driving device to move at least the ultrasonic detector or the acoustic lens, thereby measuring the ultrasonic wave generated from a subject to be measured by an optoacoustic method.
