PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an operation sound of an external device such as a fan or air conditioner from generating discomfort.SOLUTION: A comfort generator 20 includes: an acquisition section 22 causing a computer connected with an external device to function to acquire a biological rhythm of heartbeat or aspiration of a subject； a mind body state estimation section 24 estimating a mind body state of the subject from the acquired biological rhythm of the subject； and a control section 26 controlling an operation sound of the external device according to the estimated mind body state.
