The present invention relates to a field effect colorectal cancer sensor for a high sensitive liquid, which can be applied to samples, for example, blood or excreta. The sensor can detect colorectal cancer biomarkers with high accuracy and at low concentration so colorectal cancer can be diagnosed in the initial stage with a very small amount of samples. To this end, the sensor comprises: an electrochemical sensing unit detecting analytes in a sample; and a signal processing unit electrically connected to the sensing unit and including an ion sensing field effect transistor for proliferating a signal generated from the sensing unit.시료, 예를 들면, 혈액, 또는 변 등에 적용가능한 고감도 액상용 전계효과 대장암 센서에 관한 것으로, 일 양상에 따른 센서에 의하면 대장암 바이오마커의 초정밀/저농도 검지가 가능하여 극소량의 샘플만으로도 대장암을 조기 진단할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
