PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pulsation detector capable of performing frequency resolution processing with improved real-time properties while maintaining resolution equivalent to resolution for a conventional method, electronic equipment, and a program.SOLUTION: A pulsation detector 100 includes: a signal processing unit 130 which performs frequency resolution processing on the basis of a pulse wave detection signal from a pulse wave detection unit 210 and a body motion detection signal from a body motion detection unit 220 a pulsation information computing unit 170 which computes pulsation information on the basis of the result of the frequency resolution processing and a signal state determination unit 150 which performs determination processing of a signal state for at least one of the pulse wave detection signal and the body motion detection signal.
