PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biological detection sensor capable of highly accurately detecting a living body such as a care-receiver.SOLUTION: A biological detection sensor S according to the present invention includes: an insulating sheet 1 a sensor part A having a first conductive plate 2 superposed on one surface of the insulating sheet and on which a living body is placeable, and a second conductive plate 3 superposed on the other surface of the insulating sheet and potential difference measuring means C for measuring a potential difference between the first conductive plate and the second conductive plate of the sensor part.
