The terminal device (10) comprises a display control unit (104) that displays image information associated with the each one of the electrical treatment devices (20) on a display of the terminal device (10)； a vibration instruction unit (106) that instructs one of the electrical treatment devices (20) associated with image information selected by a user to vibrate the case； and a treatment content setting unit (108) that sets a treatment content performed by the each one of the electrical treatment devices (20) in accordance with an instruction from the user notified by vibration of the case.
