PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect PNH type leukocytes.
SOLUTION: The present invention provides a method for detecting PNH type blood corpuscles, especially, PNH type leukocytes in a biological sample. In addition, the present invention provides a method for inspecting bone marrow failure syndromes, including a process of detecting the PNH type leukocytes in the biological sample. The method is extremely useful that can exactly detect, especially, existence of immune clinical conditions among bone marrow failure syndromes having various clinical conditions. Thus, a utility value is extremely high in a clinical field since execution of unprepared and inappropriate medical treatment is avoided to bone marrow failures which can be improved only by immunosuppressive therapy.
