PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation detector, X-ray CT (Computer Tomography) apparatus and a method of manufacturing the radiation detector wherein a compartment of a scintillator is accurately aligned with a collimator.SOLUTION: The radiation detector includes: a collimator plate a scintillator that generates fluorescence upon receipt of radiation and a plurality of photoelectric conversion elements for converting the fluorescence into an electric signal.
