PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soft capsule agent preventing a capsule coating from melting while containing a black vinegar condensed powder as the content.SOLUTION: A soft capsule agent is obtained by encapsulating content made by mixing a black vinegar condensed powder with edible oil with an edible capsule coating which contains starch and/or a starch decomposition, a gelatinizer and a plasticizer, and does not contain gelatin. It is also possible to make an injection state in a powdery state by including crystalline glucide in the capsule coating, and deposing on the outside surface. In that case, effect equivalent to a case that powder is dusted on the capsule surface can be obtained, and capsules are not sticky and are inhibited from adhering to each other during preservation. The soft capsule agent can be continuously produced using a continuous automatic apparatus, for instance, a rotary die-type capsule filling machine like a conventional gelatin-based product even when glucide (including sugar alcohol) is contained, and when glucide is contained, glucide is naturally precipitated by drying a wet capsule.SELECTED DRAWING: NoneCOPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT【課題】黒酢濃縮粉末を内容物として含みながら、カプセル皮膜が溶解しない軟カプセル剤の提供。【解決手段】澱粉及び/または澱粉分解物と、ゲル化剤と、可塑剤とを含み、ゼラチンを含まない、可食性のカプセル皮膜で、黒酢濃縮粉末を食用油に混ぜ込んだ内容物を包封する。結晶性の糖質をカプセル皮膜に含ませ、その外側表面に析出させて粉状に噴いた状態にすることも可能である。この場合には、カプセル表面に打ち粉をした場合と同様の効果が得られ、ベトつかず、保管中にカプセル同士の付着が阻止される。この軟カプセル剤は、糖質(糖アルコール類を含む)を含ませた場合でも、従来のゼラチン系と同様に、連続自動装置、例えばロータリーダイ式カプセル充填機を用いて連続的に製造でき、糖質を含ませた場合には、糖質は湿潤カプセルの乾燥により自然に析出する。【選択図】 なし
