The present invention relates to a composite sheet comprising a first sheet and a second sheet. the first and second sheets are attached to each other at various binding locations between isolated and spaced sheets. The first sheet is a nonwoven material that has isolated three-dimensional deformations thereon that form outwardly extending protrusions from the first surface of the first sheet to its distal ends and wide base openings adjacent to the second surface of the first sheet.
