PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cause vitamin C and a gel-forming molecule to interact with each other.SOLUTION: A pH of aqueous solution is controlled so that an anion in vitamin C and a cation in a peptide coexist, and a peptide is thus put into gel. As a peptide used is an amphiphilic peptide of β-sheet structure.
