- PURPOSE: A penetrating rubber water-proof paint is provided to prevent discoloration and yellowing by mixing pigment-UV blocking agent with thermoplastic elastomer and solvent. CONSTITUTION: A penetrating rubber water-proof paint comprises 20-40 weight% elastomeric polymer resin, 20-40 weight% petroleum-derived solvent, 10-20 weight% nylon resin, 20-40 weight% aromatic hydrocarbon solvent, 1-2 weight% oily anti-sagging agent, 1-2 weight% silicon resin, 1-2 weight% oily dispersing agent, 1-2 weight% oily thickening agent, 10-30 weight% silver powder, 20-40 weight% insuladd powder, and 2-4 weight% antimicrobial agent. The elastomeric polymer resin is selected from SBS&lsqb；styrene-butadiene-styrene&rsqb；, SIS&lsqb；styrene-isoprene-styrene&rsqb；, SEBS&lsqb；styrene ethylene butadiene styrene&rsqb； and SEPS&lsqb；styrene ethylene propylene styrene&rsqb；. The petroleum-derived solvent dissolves the elastomeric polymer resin. The aromatic hydrocarbon solvent is selected from kocosol, chlorine-based toluene and solvent for resolving the nylon resin. The antimicrobial agent restrain the generation of bacterial by adding insuladd powder. The antimicrobial agent comprises 1-2wt% zeolite matrix, antimicrobial agent containing 10-30wt% nano ion, and 1-2wt% selenium ion.본 발명은 탄성과 신축성이 우수고 단열과 차폐가 되는 침투성 고무방수 페인트에 관한 것으로, 본 발명은 신축성이 우수하고, 황변 현상이 없으며, 침투 및 접착성 그리고 단열성이 우수함과 동시에 자외선에 의한 차폐와 곰팡이 및 세균 등이 번식하지 않는 일액형 방수페인트를 제공하는 것이다.본 발명은 SBS(styrene-butadiene-styrene), SIS(styrene-isoprene-styrene) ,SEBS(styrene ethylene butadiene styrene), SEPS(styrene ethylene propylene styrene) 중 선택되는 엘라스토머계 탄성 중합체 수지 20-40 중량%； 상기 엘라스토모계 탄성 중합체 수지를 용해시키기 위한 석유계 용제 20-40 중량%； 상기 나일론 수지 10-20 중량%； 상기 나일론 수지를 용해시키기 위한 코코졸, 염소계, 톨루엔, 솔벤트 중 선택되는 방향족 탄화수소 용제 20-40 중량 %； 유성 침강방지제 1-2 중량%； 실리콘 수지 1-2 중량%； 유성 분산제 1-2중량%； 유성 증점제 1-2중량%； 은분가루 10-30 중량%를 포함하여 이루어진다.
