PURPOSE: A data generating apparatus for digital tooth implant and a method thereof are provided to do digital pre-processing with the digital tooth model scanned in 3D and verify the effects through a simulation. CONSTITUTION: A data generating apparatus for digital tooth implant comprises a tooth separating module(510) which specifies the individual teeth data from the digital tooth data through 3D scanning with a tooth bone; a tooth processing module(520) which performs pre-processing by digital-processing abutment to specify the tooth data corresponding to an abutment among the separated tooth data and to form the maintenance unit into one body about the specified abutment; a tooth implant generating module(530) inserted with generating artificial tooth and maintenance unit of the tooth implant on the pre-processed abutment; and a tooth correction module(540) which generates the rearranged correction tooth data by moving the abutment before the pre-processing of the abutment.
