The distal end of the stent (10) is pressed against and held by a distal inclined section (102) with a smaller gradient, or extends from the distal end of the balloon (1) and is pressed against and held by the inner tube (3). When the balloon (1) is subject to pressure expansion, then the distal inclined section (102) with the smaller gradient lifts the distal end of the stent (10) such that a distal diameter of the stent (10) is smaller than the proximal diameter.
