The present invention relates to a cannula for preventing gushing blood and, more specifically, to a cannula for preventing gushing blood inserted into the inside of a human body during a medical procedure and connecting the outside and the inside of the human body, and characterized by comprising a tube-shaped body part including a through-hole for surgical instrument to pass through the inside a handle part arranged on the outside of the human body, connected with the through-hole on one end of the body part, and including a protective plate having a cut part to prevent blood from gushing to an operator by a blood pressure in a case that the surgical instrument is inserted and separated from the inside of the human body, formed on the inside an inside support part formed on the other end of the body part to be arranged on the inside of the human body and a discharge guide part formed on the front of the protective plate to be connected with the handle part to reduce the blood pressure of the human body to prevent the blood from gushing between the cut parts.
