PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an MRI apparatus featuring a function of efficiently restoring the imaging parameter settings to previous settings.SOLUTION: A magnetic resonance imaging apparatus comprises: a display unit which includes a history display area for displaying the input histories of input imaging parameters and an imaging parameter setting area for setting the imaging parameters and a storage unit which stores the initial values of the imaging parameters and after-change imaging parameters changed from the initial values, where the history display area lists the after-change imaging parameters in the order of change.
