PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow even an unskilled person to correctly determine whether or not there is an abnormality in a sound source on the basis of sound therefrom.SOLUTION: There is provided a signal processing apparatus comprising a sound signal acquisition unit and an emphasis processing unit. The sound signal acquisition unit acquires a sound signal which indicates a sound output from a sound source for which presence/absence of abnormality is to be determined. The emphasis processing unit applies emphasis processing for emphasizing characteristics of the sound to time-frequency information which indicates a spectral intensity of a certain frequency at a certain time point of the sound signal acquired by the sound signal acquisition unit. The emphasis processing includes continuity determination processing in which the spectral intensity is left unchanged for a frequency for which the spectral intensity is equal to or greater than a threshold continuously for a prescribed time or longer in the time frequency information, and the spectral intensity is replaced with a prescribed value which is less than the threshold for a frequency other than the above mentioned frequency.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT【課題】音に基づいてその音源に異常があるか否かの判断する際に、熟練者でなくても正しく判断できるようにする。【解決手段】以下の音信号取得部および強調処理部を有する信号処理装置を提供する。音信号取得部は、異常の有無の判断対象となる音源から発せられた音を表す音信号を取得する。強調処理部は、音信号取得部により取得された音信号の任意の時点における任意の周波数のスペクトル強度を示す時間周波数情報に音の特徴を際立たせる強調処理を施す。この強調処理には、時間周波数情報においてスペクトル強度が所定時間以上連続して閾値以上となっている周波数についてはスペクトル強度をそのままの値とし、そうでない周波数についてはスペクトル強度を当該閾値未満の所定の値に置き換える連続性判定処理が含まれる。【選択図】図1
