PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiographic apparatus capable of displaying a radiation image in a proper direction by determining in advance, a body position of a subject before performing radiography.SOLUTION: A body position determination part 51 determines a body position of a subject based on an image measured by cameras 31, 32. At the time, an X-ray image which is displayed on a display part 22 is laterally inverted or vertically inverted with respect to a body axis of a subject by an image processing part 52, according to a body posture of a subject. Therefore, the X-ray image displayed on the display part 22 is displayed in a state of facing a front face and a head part side is an upper part side of the display part.
