The growth plate is installed in a water tank-type culturing environment to enable marsh snails or abalone to spawn and grow. Multiple plain figures are formed on the shellfish growth plate to enable the marsh snails or the abalone to eat feed without going down to the bottom of a water tank. The shellfish growth plate for culturing shellfish includes a plurality of feed trays which are formed by cutting sides of each figure except one side, and folding each cut figure at 45 degrees or greater. The feed tray figures are not attached to each other to maintain predetermined gaps.
