The handle assembly (2a) includes a handle arm (2a) and a handle knob (2b) rotatably attached to a tip of the first arm portion (14b). The handle arm (2a) includes an attachment portion (14a) detachably attached onto the handle shaft (30) in a unitarily rotatable state, a first arm portion (14b) extending radially outwards from the attachment portion (14a), first and second protruding portions (14c) disposed around of the attachment portion (14a), and a coupling portion (14d). The first and second protruding portions (14c) are protruding radially outwards. The first and second protruding portions (14c) are circumferentially aligned at predetermined intervals. The coupling portion (14d) couples the protruding portions (14c).
