What is proposed is a method for the catheterization of the coronary arteries in which a catheter is introduced via the venous system into the right atrium, then passed through the interatrial septum and introduced into the left atrium, followed by the left ventricle, and into the ascending aorta to the opening of the coronary arteries, and also a catheter for the implementation of this method.Linvention concerne un procédé de cathétérisation dartères coronaires dans lequel le cathéter est introduit via le système veineux dans latrium droit puis passe par le septum interauriculaire, introduit dans latrium gauche, ensuite par le ventricule gauche et les parties ascendantes de laorte jusquà lorifice des artères coronaire, ainsi quun cathéter destiné à la mise en oeuvre de ce procédé.Предложен способ катетеризации коронарных артерий, при котором катетер вводят через венозную систему в правое предсердие, затем проходят межпредсердную перегородку, вводят катетер в левое предсердие, затем левый желудочек и в восходящие отделы аорты до устья коронарных артерий, а также катетер для осуществления такого способа.
