PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a perfusion suction device capable of suppressing surge reliably with excellent responsiveness even with a simple configuration, and a perfusion suction program used for the perfusion suction device.SOLUTION: A perfusion suction device comprises: a perfusion passage through which perfusate supplied into an eye of a patient flows a perfusion valve part provided in the middle of the perfusion passage for adjusting a passage area of the perfusate flowing through the perfusion passage by opening and closing a valve member suction means for sucking waste fluid from the patients eye by using a suction passage through which the waste fluid including the perfusate flows detection means for detecting reduction in internal pressure of the patients eye and a control part for controlling at least the drive of the perfusion valve part.
