PURPOSE: A method of preparation of a bone chip for bone tissue regeneration and a bone chip for bone tissue regeneration made by the same are provided to be suitable for mass production and to easily control the shape and size of a bone chip. CONSTITUTION: A method of preparation of a bone chip for bone tissue regeneration comprises: a step of fusing a polymeric composition including a biodegradable polymer； a step of increasing the temperature of a mold in which micro-patterns are formed in order to produce a bone chip for bone tissue regeneration； a step of injecting the fused polymeric composition into a heated mold； a step of cooling the mold； and a step of separating the bone chip from the mold.본 발명은 골 조직 재생용 본 칩을 제조하는 방법 및 이에 의하여 제조된 골 조직 재생용 본 칩에 관한 것으로, 구체적으로 생분해성 고분자를 포함하는 고분자 조성물을 용융하는 단계； 미세구조의 골 조직 재생용 본 칩을 제조하기 위한 미세패턴이 형성된 금형의 온도를 상승시키는 단계； 상기 용융된 고분자 조성물을 상기 가열된 금형에 주입하는 단계； 상기 금형을 냉각하는 단계； 및 상기 금형 내의 골 조직 재생용 본 칩을 금형으로부터 분리하는 단계를 포함하는 골 조직 재생용 본 칩을 제조하는 방법 및 이에 의하여 제조된 골 조직 재생용 본 칩을 제공한다.
