Nowaday in the markets “brush inserts” and “handles” of a replaceable interdental brush have been separated。Our design is to place the rechangeable brush inserts into the handle for convenient carry and use。In order to avoid Brush Inserts in the handle to stick together we design a small cap to protect the filaments of Brush Inserts and prevent them from Sticking together。Moreover the handle and cover are moulded in transparent plastic。 cap and brush insert are produced in different colours。 After the combination of cap and brush insert and assembled, the product will show beautiful colours in the handle and attract customers。現市面所使用之(可更換式牙間刷)係把刷頭與柄分開放置,極不方便,本設計係將刷頭置於把柄內,以方便攜帶與使用,並設計保護套以保護刷頭,並使刷頭毛在柄內不易糾纏,易於取出使用。同時,把柄係以透明塑膠射出成型,保護套與刷頭可塑成各種顏色,組合後,置入柄內呈現美麗色彩,易於吸引顧客。(1)‧‧‧保護套(2)‧‧‧刷頭(3)‧‧‧保護套與刷頭之組合(4)‧‧‧蓋(5)‧‧‧把柄
