The present invention relates to a method of reducing body weight or hyperphagia in Prader-Willi patients comprising administering the active compound Tesofensine or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, preferably by the administration of a controlled release formulation comprising the active compounds tesofensine and a beta blocker.
