The device prevents problems caused by pregnancy from natural mating and excessively frequent movement (getting on and acceptance for getting on) resulted from estrus or rut when an object animal is breed. One device can ligates two ovaries at the same time. Therefore, the device enables a user to perform economical and convenient ligation operation.
