PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive absorbent auxiliary pad capable of properly preventing leakage of loose passage.SOLUTION: An absorbent auxiliary pad arranged on an end part of an absorbent article is provided. The absorbent auxiliary pad has a three-dimensional gathering having a prescribed height on only one side end part in a width direction of the absorbent auxiliary pad. A top sheet has a folded shape so as to drag a part of an absorber and a part of a back sheet on a side end part in the width direction on which no three-dimensional gathering is provided. A back sheet has a folded shape so as to drag a part of the absorber at a position on a clothing side of the top sheet, on a side end part in the width direction where the three-dimensional gathering is provided and on inside of the three-dimensional gathering in the width direction.
